Abstract: Green construction plays an important role in the formation of green building. For the characteristics of fuzziness and incompatibility, this paper introduces the theory of fuzzy matter-element into the evaluation of green construction. The power weight is worked out with the entropy method, the related degree values between the standard fuzzy matter-element and each fuzzy matter-element is established, it lines up each scheme to pick up the best scheme. The result shows that among the methods of multiple indexes comprehensive evaluation of green construction, this method can reflect the extent of green construction objectively and accurately.

Abstract: In order to effectively predict aspects of dam deformation, taking effective and timely measures against the problem to ensure the safety of the dam .As a result, LS-SVM-Mc model is proposed . Namely, Markov chain based on LS-SVM prediction corrects the error, and ultimately improves the prediction accuracy. By the analysis and calculation of deformation prediction of an arch dam, you can find that the method is more in line with the actual situation, showing predictive superiority and a high prediction accuracy.so the method can serve as a new ways of dam deformation prediction,some promotional value can be gained in later work.

Abstract: The probability distribution with different ship-bridge collision formulas are studied using Monte-Carlo method. It used the distribution fitting tool with the sampling results, and got the forms and parameter of probability distribution of different ship-bridge collision force formulas. The results indicate that the logarithmic normal distribution and generalized extreme value distribution can well reflect the probability distribution characteristics of ship-bridge collision formula. The probability distribution characteristics proposed can be directly used in the reliability index calculation of bridge under the ship collision.

Abstract: Damage data of 52 masonry structures in Yuxi Village which is the macroscopic epicenter of Ms 7.0 LuShan strong earthquake were summarized and analyzed to study basic seismic capacity of the rural residence in Southwest China, and the following conclusions were obtained: summarized structural features of the main rural residence structure in Southwest China that exemplified by Yuxi Village; summarized damage characteristics of masonry structure in Yuxi Village, given brief analysis of its damage causes and provided reinforcement and improvement suggestions according to the corresponding damage characteristics; analyzed general damage characteristics of the village houses in the macroscopic level based on statistically analyze seismic site survey data. The basic seismic capacity of rural residential status in Southwest China is initially grasped, and it has important reference value to understand of the damage characteristics of various types of structure, the development of earthquake disaster mitigation planning and revision of seismic design code.

Abstract: Its of great importance to develop various outstanding protective concrete coating with favorable impermeability and crack-resistance properties. In this study, the polyaspartic ester polyurea was prepared, and its adhesion to concrete was evaluated by universal testing machine and SEM technology. The optimal formula of polyurea was obtained by investigating the effects of each component's content on the bonding strength to concrete and the water contact angle. Subsequently, the mechanical and surface properties of these polyurea coating were tested. The results showed that the polyurea was obtained by the following formula: the weight ratio of A1/A2/B was 0.612/ 0.408/ 1, and the fluoride filler content was 3%. The coating exhibited excellent mechanical properties, such as high bonding strength (4.5 MPa), sufficient tensile strength (16.4 MPa) and elongation at break (456%). Meanwhile, the coating showed a hydrophobic surface with its water contact angle of 105°. Hence, the polyurea coating is likely to improve the crack-resistance and impermeability properties of hydraulic concrete. Till now, the polyurea coating has been applied to the concrete repair and protection engineering in the South-to-North Water Transfers Project.

Abstract: Concrete column in engineering need to increase the bearing capacity for various reasons, and requires the column section not to increase. In order to solve this problem, we start two tests of concrete column reinforced hoop and steel plate hoop reinforcement to propose the formula for calculating the bearing capacity, which can be used for reference in the practical engineering.

Abstract: According to the experiments study, the formulas of strength with the changes of moisture content, natural dry density, cement dosage are presented. Applicable range of cement mixing pile to consolidate soft soils is determined which can be used to guide the using of cement mixing pile and provide reference for design or research departments at the same time.
