Abstract: The key factors involved in the train derailment on bridges or lines have been discussed in this paper. Also the statistics of derailment accidents with an upward trend occurred in recent years, all over the world, are listed. Analysis of the reasons for train derailment, geometric criterion and mechanical mechanism of train derailment are discussed. Then the authors make an analysis of difference of train derailment between bridges and lines from five aspects. The conclusions have been drawn from the comparative analysis of train derailment involved in lateral stiffness, derailment time history, flow field, motion equation and resonance. There is no characteristic of time history for a certain distance on line derailment. And the mechanical characteristics of vehicle-bridge system are more complicated than the vehicle-line system under wind loads.

Abstract: The applicability of the interference of mixed traffic of VISSIM is inspected indexed by the rate of interference, delay and the average speed of right turn vehicles. This paper took Jiaoda east road and Xueyuan south road intersection (Hereinafter referred to as Sidaokou) as an example, established the simulation platform. Then the actual running condition of vehicles and simulation results were compared. The error between the measured values of each index and simulation values are in the range of 20%, which shows that it is applicable to use the simulation software VISSIM to simulate the interference between mixed traffic at signalized intersection.

Abstract: This article discusses the current situation and development of Chinas tourism planning, expounds the close relationship between culture and tourism. It Points out that the cultural heterogeneity and differences generate tourism, at the same time, tourism has promoted cultural exchange, development and heritage. With the further development of tourism, tourism planning and construction of tourism system will integrate within a larger region. Finally, it concludes that Chinas tourism planning will push culture and region towards integration, this article also hopes to play a valuable role in building up the large regional tourism culture system.

Abstract: To predict the future traffic flow status more accurately is of great significance to alleviate urban traffic congestion for a short period of time and avoid the waste of social resources. At first, this paper summarizes the characteristics of urban expressway traffic flow. Then establishes BP neural network short-term traffic flow evaluation model based on MATLAB, and finally through the instance, verify the validity of the model.

Abstract: At present, study of coal mine dust mainly focuses on the specific area of concentration distribution of particles of different diameters, and the trajectory of the research, especially the numerical simulation research is rarely involved, this paper applies the method of numerical simulation, and the establishment of dust particles starting mathematical model, research dust in coal mine roadway within the two flying of dust flying, aiming at the two problems, putting forward reasonable and effective methods to prevent the harm caused by secondary dust flying.

Abstract: The most attractive secret of the leaves is why they have the various shapes and the weight of the leaves. Based on the theory of gene and ecological environment, a model is built in this paper to explore it. The result can be extended to predict the weight of any parts of the tree and adapted for great majority kinds of trees.

Abstract: To objectively describe the facial features of different clinical syndromes of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) with the computer visual and extraction technologies and analyze the changes of facial indexes in facial diagnosis of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Methods: We used Chinese medicine face consultation digital detection system to acquire face-on photos and analyze the complexion and gloss features. Results: (1) Compared with the normal people, the patients with CHB have different facial indexes. (2)There are differences for facial indexes of patients with CHB of varied clinical syndromes. Conclusion: We extracted objective facial indexes by computer technology, which is a useful method for clinical diagnosis of disease and provides a new thought and method for TCM diagnosis.

Abstract: Housing is the basic livelihood of the residents, and the residents need to consider many factors include the price, the quality, and the surrounding environment in the house-purchase decision. Aiming at the actual problem of family house-purchase decision, this paper established a family house-purchase decision model based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Concretely, a hierarchical chart of family house-purchase is constructed based on four factors, i.e., housing price, housing quality, supporting facilities and traffic convenience degree, and then the decision method based on AHP is given to rank the order for the alternative commercial housings. It will provide the decision reference for feasible and effective decision-making of family house-purchase.
