Abstract: In greenhouse control , The production process of the greenhouse environment has many characteristics, such as time variation, nonlinearity and uncertainty. It's very difficult to build an accurate mathematical model. The effect of the conventional control method is not satisfied. Fuzzy control is used to adjust the parameters of PID control on-line in the aspect of control strategy, accordingly it can make static and dynamic performance index more ideal.

Abstract: STEP-NC is an extension of STEP that defines a machine independent bi-directional data standard for Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) systems. A framework of an intelligent process planning system for milling based on STEP-NC is proposed. Four functional layers are involved in the software-based framework of STEP-NC intelligent process planning system. The intelligent technology, such as neural network, fuzzy logic and genetic algorithm, is utilized to generate and optimize the process route. The implementation of the purposed prototype system named ST-ICAPP is presented based on Solidworks. An example is given to demonstrate the feasibility and efficiency of the prototype system. As a result, this research shows a high potential to aid the development of new CAPP milling system.

Abstract: This paper puts forward 3 new coordination control states based on the analysis of the control logic of pure hydraulic ABS during braking .In order to reduce the regenerative brake force, we make the logic conversion according to the present coordination control method and the hydraulic brake force can compensate the regenerative brake force. The simulation results show that the 3 states proposed in this paper combine the present coordination control method and optimize the coordination control of the regenerative brake force and the hydraulic brake force under the anti-lock braking condition.

Abstract: For traditional direct drive volume control electro-hydraulic servo system, the servo motors rotary inertia is limited strictly, the speed of response is slow and the actuators reciprocating motion characteristics are not consistent. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs a kind of high power direct drive differential volume control electro-hydraulic servo system. It is instructive for design of hydraulic system which demands high output power, changes direction of motion frequently, needs high response frequency and requires the speed of reciprocating motion keep consistent.

Abstract: The generalized Wonham controllable canonical form in single-input systems is presented and applied to pole placement of state derivative feedback. A new direct algorithm is proposed. The advantage of this algorithm is no need to compute the characteristic polynomial of the system. The theory and approach are introduced, and the general expression is obtained for the derivative feedback gain matrix of the single-input system.

Abstract: In view of the current situation of line contact efficiency of NC machining without automatic programing system, the automatic programming system for NC machining based on line contact processing is developed. According to the characteristics of line contact processing, the key technologies in the automatic programming system of this paper is studied. After surface modeling, the data of DXF files generated by CAD systems can be read. And the surface processing information is obtained by these data sorted. Through the design of machining process and the sorting of tool path, the tool path of line contact processing is got. Then the research of soft cut of ruled surface is completed, and the graphical automatic programming is realized.

Abstract: In this work, we apply single neuron method to relieve freeway traffic congestion. We consider a freeway composed of cells and entry/exit ramps, and formulate the ramp metering problem as a density tracking process. The cell transmission model (CTM) is firstly formulated and ramp control objective is determined. Based on CTM and single neuron, a freeway ramp metering system is then designed, and the learning algorithm of single neuron is given in detail. Finally, the ramp metering system is simulated in MATLAB software. The results show that this method can effectively deal with this class of control problem, and can achieve a perfect density tracking performance. This ramp metering can eliminate traffic congestion and maintain traffic flow stability.

Abstract: The bogie separated equipment for straddle type monorail vehicle was researched, and the mathematics model of proportional hydraulic valve cylinder lifting system was set up and simulated. Based on the PID controller theory and the principle of fuzzy control, the fuzzy self-turning fuzzy-PID controller was designed. According to the fuzzy logic tool box and simulink of MATLAB, the simulation study was carried out. The results indicate that, the self-tuning fuzzy-PID controller can satisfy the requirements of the control system well.

Abstract: In view of the asymmetric reverse synchronization control problem of two hydraulic cylinders, several kinds of synchronous control scheme are put forward,that are total feedback and synchronization error correction,main/auxiliary control feedback and unilateral correction,respective feedback correction and total feedback and total correction.Through research and analysis, we reach the conclusion to make the system to achieve better dynamic and static performance, total feedback synchronization error correction or main/auxiliary control unilateral correction synchronous control scheme is better solution.

Abstract: The hydraulic control system of the dual-cylinder synchronous motion is designed, and the basic operating principle of the dual-cylinder synchronous motion system is discussed.The self-learning control algorithm of dual-cylinder synchronous motion is introduce, the synchronous control circuit is discussed .Dynamic simulation of dual-cylinder synchronous motion control system is presented, and factors affecting synchronous performance are analyzed.
