Abstract: Optical tweezers and optical scissors is becoming a widely used technology. However, optical tweezers system that has been used, is not well automatic and convenient to operate. This article will introduce an automatic control system, mainly by describing the design, the composition and function of the system, which can automatically control each part of the entire platform by using a computer. The spatial resolution of the system has reached sub-nanometer level.

Abstract: A design method of PID controller based on particle swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the difficult problems of parameter tuning on PID controller in automatic control system. And the specific experimental structure is also given. The transfer function of DC servo generator was found with identification of system parameters, and the PID parameters were searched by particle swarm algorithm. MATLAB simulation was used to demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of this approach. The simulation result was compared to the result of searching PID parameters based on genetic algorithm, and it is show that the seeking time to tune the PID parameters by using the particle swarm algorithm is faster than by using the genetic algorithm method.

Abstract: Dynamic infrared scene generator is one of the important means to test the detection,track and anti-interference performance of the infrared seeker. The article to a certain type of air-to-air missile seeker loop simulation application object, based on the micro-mirror array (DMD), Vega Prime software and its infrared module for the development of tools,Real-time infrared images with vary objects and backgrounds in different conditions are generated to simulate the infrared radiation at the pupil of the guide system.The radiation of blackbody is reflected and modulated by digital micro mirror device based on infrared video signal,which is used to test and evaluate the performance of infrared seeker.The results indicate that the system has the advantages of compact structure,high real-time performance,high frame frequency,high resolution,and great dynamic range.

Abstract: In the process of product design, automatic assembly technology can shorten the time spent on assembling all parts into a virtual assembly. In this paper, a digital automatic assembly technology based on coordinate system constraint was put forward. Appropriate coordinate systems which can ensure the correct location of part were built during the establishment of part model through the datum tool. The naming method of coordinate system was prescribed. All coordinate systems in every part of stubble-cutting equipment were established. The steps of realizing automatic assembly were explained in detail. The functions Pro/Toolkit provides were used to program. The operation results show that the technology can reduce repetitive work, improve design efficiency and provide a convenient tool for the design of stubble-cutting equipment of no-till planter.

Abstract: In view of the importance of undergraduate students professional attributes development in higher education, this study was conducted in order to investigate the effectiveness and relevancy of the two years undergraduate studies pre-requisite for industrial internships. The outcomes indicate that the two years conducing learning environments provided have been effective in stimulating cognitive learning and motivate students for ethical practice that fulfilled the industrial expectations.

Abstract: The cost-effectiveness of universities is relative to the factors of economic benefits and social benefits. Considering these factors, an evaluation model for evaluating the cost-effectiveness of universities is established based on the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) in this paper. And this model is applied in the evaluation of cost-effectiveness of Huanggang Normal University combined with this universitys educational reality, and a better evaluation results is got. The study in this paper provides a theoretical basis and a new method for evaluating the cost-effectiveness of universities.

Abstract: The school effectiveness of a university is directly related to the implementation of national talent cultivation, school functions and educational goals. In this paper, aiming at the problem of predicting the school effectiveness of a university, the deficiency of traditional prediction model is analyzed, and a prediction model of predicting the school effectiveness of a university is established based on grey prediction theory. The model is applied in predicting the school effectiveness of Huanggang Normal University combined with the relative data in recent years, and a satisfactory forecasting result is achieved.

Abstract: The level and status of disciplines are the important indexes in universities. The evaluation of multiple disciplines plays an important role in the disciplines development. This paper mainly studied the problem of disciplines evaluation in higher education. Firstly, it established the evaluation index system with eight first-grade evaluation indexes, i.e., discipline construction, teaching award, research funding, the scientific research achievement award, team construction, scientific research, talent training, and initial investment, and then used the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solve the weight of each index. Thirdly, it established a disciplinary evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and analyzed the rationality of the model. The study in this paper provides a new way for the evaluation of university disciplines.
