Design for Wireless Environmental Monitoring System of Solar Photovoltaic Based on ARM

Article Preview

Abstract:

The system uses ARM to control the running of stepper motors,so as to obtain generated output of its solar panel at varied angles of elevation and azimuth. It can obtain the solar irradiance data and monitor the temperature behind the solar panel and humidity of air at the same time by different sensors. At last, the real-time data will be transmitted to computers by the wireless communication module: CC2540, displayed by an upper-computer-monitor software called LabView. This system has been proved to be feasible in designing the scheme of Building Integrated Photovoltaic, after a long-term analysis for accumulated data.
