Abstract: Based on the origin and meaning of symbiosis, this paper explores the concept of industrial symbiosis and points out the industrial symbiotic has a win-win effect in the field of socio-economic. In China, the main practical pattern of industrial symbiosis is eco-industrial park, but it has some restriction factors and unreasonable arrangements which would be difficult to eliminate in the short term. Through the research of origin, formation mechanism, organizational framework and operational framework of UK’s National Industrial Symbiosis Programme, this paper points out building urban symbiosis network in a government promoted model is the best way to realize regional industrial ecology in China. Then this paper sort out the system structure, i.e. network organizational structure and responsibilities of participating members.

Abstract: Cloud computing is becoming more and more mature, and an IaaS could computing model called Cloud Bank [, which is based on commercial bank model, has been designed. Could Bank model can be partly distinguished from other traditional IaaS providers by the sources of infrastructure resources. This new model cloud offers new way to manage resource consumer, bank, and resource provider and maximize all participants benefits. Meanwhile, the new cloud bank model follows the way of commerce bank to against the risk during the transaction. This model may be new solutions for hybrid cloud computing management.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, all kinds of smart home appliance has appeared. Smart refrigerator is one of them. In this paper, a food management system for smart refrigerator is proposed, which is based on the Internet of Things. This management system could collect the food information in the fridge and analyze the user's preferences. Shopping list and recommended recipes could be generated and sent to user. It provides users with a more personalized service, improve the user experience.

Abstract: Integrated Bayesian and Nash equilibrium model, using game theory mathematical calculation method, we researched the game between the government and the market maker in the U.S. OTCBB information disclosure. We concluded that government should strengthen management of the information disclosure mechanism, improve the information disclosure is the key to resolve the problem of asymmetric information, OTCBB information disclosure policies and measures need to be perfected. According to this, we researched the contents of U.S. OTCBB information disclosure and its characteristics, also we analysis the information disclosure system of the U.S. OTCBB experience and Its Enlightenment to China and use for reference.

Abstract: In the era of Information technology, supply chain management is as. It not only brings us a new management tool,but also is important to bring the updating and re-planning of management concepts, design and optimization of the business processes means. To the end, it is combined with a modern e-commerce IT environment and combined with the characteristics of e-commerce environment to optimize the structure of the supply chain management, as well as in comparative analysis on the difference with supply chain management under traditional business environment. Based on the e-commerce environment, how to optimize the mode of supply chain management is focused in this paper. By using XML technical support methods, the author optimized warehouse management, economies scale and so on. Finally, Based on the optimization of the supply chain management model, the author established the platform of supply chain management based on e-commerce environment, as well as described a detailed modeling and program design and developed the module of e-commerce supply chain management platform.

Abstract: Web services technology is becoming increasingly ubiquitous and gaining rapid adoption due to its support for integration of distributed autonomous components. Testing is necessary to assure the performance and functional correctness of web services. Many commercial as well as opensource tools are available today for web service testing. In this paper, we present results of a brief survey of web service testing tools. The study will provide an informative overview and may help in selection and use of appropriate testing tools.

Abstract: This paper presents the realization of a kind of hardware encryptor and decryptor, which is based on Logarithmic Function principle. It shows how to design the encryption circuit and the decryption circuit by the sequential circuit. It had been designed in VHDL and simulated by Modelsim software, and then synthesized as well as realized on the FPGA chip EP2C5T144 by QuartusII software, last finished the test.
