Abstract:
In the supply chain environment, manufacturing enterprises need to consider the availability of the manufacturing resources from suppliers in their plan. In this paper, through analysis to the BOM of supply chain environment, a new dynamic BOM model is proposed based on the manufacturing resources of supplier, its characteristics and key establishment points are discussed, and its application in the barrel of the washer is introduced.
