Abstract: The transcoding technology is widely used to settle the non-compatibility of devices and network interface. In this paper, the technologies in DCT domain is integrated to speed up the transcoding process. The proposed method firstly determined the intra mode set by discarding some seldom used modes and then the intra mode decision is performed by using DCT domain cost function. Experimental results show that this method can reduce the computational complexity greatly with acceptable video quality loss.

Abstract: Sound source localization is essential in many microphone arrays application, ranging from speech enhancement to human-computer interface. The steered response power (SRP) using the phase transform (SRP-PHAT) method has been proved robust, but the algorithm may fail to locate the sound source in highly reverberant noisy environment. The Naive-Bayes localization algorithm based on classification of cross-correlation functions outperforms the SRP-PHAT in highly reverberant noisy environment. This paper proposes the improved Naive-Bayes localization algorithm using principal eigenvector. Simulation results have demonstrated that the proposed algorithm provides higher localization accuracy than the Naive-Bayes algorithm in reverberant noisy environment.

Abstract: Design automation is always one of research focuses in the field of industry practices. With the development of computer science and technology, speech recognition technology attracts increasing researchers, and it is widely applied to industrial production. Around design automation, we propose a geometry modeling method through design intent using speech recognition, which is an automatic and efficient geometry modeling method. This paper discusses the speech recognition for design intent of geometry modeling using Hidden Markov Model, HMM. In this paper, firstly, the research framework is explained in detail; Secondly, analysis on the related theory and technology about the speech recognition are conducted, including speech signal collection, technology of data processing, technology of training and recognition of model, etc.; Thirdly, some experiments are carried out to validate above discussions; Finally, recognition efficiency comparisons between HMM and DTW are discussed. Experiments show that using HMM for the speech recognition of design intent is feasible and reasonable.

Abstract: A method of non-contact detection of bolt fracture have serial steps as follows: First of all the required data is obtained through image acquisition, then through the edge detection, image recognition and other image processing on the image to get the bolt fracture identification results, finally the non-contact measurement bolt fracture is realized. Experiments show that bolt crack detection method based on image processing, compared with the traditional detection methods improve the efficiency of detection and improve the detection accuracy. The method for bolt crack detection is feasible.

Abstract: An effective method is offered which generate registering numbers by compressed image with embedded the personal characteristic information. To guarantee the ownership of software and the integrity of the data, under the installation procedure of the data, related registering numbers are produced which embedded the users some characteristic image information. Little difference between any two users' identification information can generate a big difference between the registering numbers.

Abstract: For taking the advantages of skeletal animation, different model should be treated separately during the drawing process. For the sophisticated character, skeletal animation can apply binary compression and the method of saving common sequence. Meanwhile, draw the advanced programmable GPU technology into the progress of dealing with the updating of skeletal animation vertex, then analysis and comparison its performance. The results show that the new algorithm will greatly reduce RAM utilization. And the introduction of GPU computing method can perfectly assist the CPU to complete a large number of graphics operations, reducing CPU utilization, thereby improve the efficiency of skeletal animation rendering fundamentally.

Abstract: This paper presents a local optimal processing approach that can use in the periodic signal input/ output noise enhancement phenomenon. A novel kind of locally optimization approach is established by background noise that generated from Gauss noise and bifurcation noise. It is demonstrated that the approach has its optimal output-input SNR gain at nonzero noise intensity. The papers conclusions bring the bright application future for the nonlinear signal processing theory.

Abstract: In view of the fact that after excitated by weak signal under background of noise the action of transition between potential wells of bistable system cannot occur or occasionally happen, this paper puts forward a method of weak signal detection by adding noise to cascaded stochastic resonance step by step. In this method the output signal of the former bistable system whose transition between potential wells occasionally occurs is converted into a local oscillation within an unilateral potential well step by step, then DC component is removed, a moderate intensity of Gaussian color noise is stacked and then by utilizing energy transfer functions of bistable system, gradually the signal is enabled to overcome the critical value of the latter bistable system and transition of frequency synchronization between potential wells is produced for signals to be tested. The simulation results of weak sinusoidal signal and periodic impact signals detected under the background of noise show the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method for detecting lead pollution in rice by analyzing hyperspectral data. First, preprocessing method is used to remove the outliers which deviate so much from other hyperspectral data. Then, dimensionality-reduced data are made by using discrete wavelet transform. Finally, linear discriminant analysis is utilized to extract the feature which characterizes polluted and unpolluted rice. The experimental result based on the proposed method shows the good performance in detecting lead pollution in rice.
