Abstract: The establishment of Numerical Control (NC) technology Specialty Practice Teaching System for a plan for educating and training outstanding engineers (PETOE) is an important basic work to implement the plan. By analyzing the problem existed in NC technology Specialty practice education,we rais the new idea of reformation of practice teaching system based on PETOE.The enterprise in-depth participants talents training,structures the multi-level NC technology Specialty practice teaching system. Organize and optimize the imparting knowledge and building capacity during the process. Taking advantages of different education environment and resources of school and enterprise which meet the requirements of outstanding engineers knowledge,ability and quality. Abstract: Nanobiopharmaceutcs is a good example of the convergence technologies and it is an important means of synergy and integration of technology convergence. This study takes use of scientometric method and indexes to analyze the international status and power distribution in the field. Abstract: This paper presents the idea of implementing a quantitative information equivalent for a learning module enabling the teacher to control the volume of contents comprising the module. Filtering, systematization and optimization of such contents can be performed based on information parameters calculation. A brief description of the sense structures and information parameters method, information volume and minimum perception time, is given. A graph on physics module on the topic Kinematics and Dynamics of a Material Point and an optimization example of the lecture included into the module are presented. The authors conclude that this approach will allow designing the modern learning process for the engineers-to-be taking into account the information limits.

Abstract: Our study is devoted to the influences on students success in mastering the computer. Intensive development of information technology, such as mobile wireless technologies, in education has lead to unrealized opportunities in education: distance learning, mobile learning. The issue of teaching computer technologies has been intensifying as teachers are following the technology innovation progress slower then their pupils. Our aim was to find out what influences students computer skills. We analyzed some factors in tests of Russian, Japanese and American students with ages of 15, 16 and 17. Attained results helped us to state some proposals and recommendation.

Abstract: To improve the knowledge management during product design process, a new model of knowledge composition and knowledge activity is constructed within or between organizations and persons. And based on the analysis of knowledge acquisition, transfer and innovation, the strategy for the implement of knowledge management project is proposed. At last the functions and structures of a software system are provided that supporting the knowledge management for product design in an manufacturing enterprise.
