Abstract: The correct inventory strategy is important to control reasonable inventory within manufacturing enterprises. And a new material inventory strategy is proposed based on the classification scheme according to the prosperities. First the material inventory styles are classified. Then a decision tree model is defined based on inventory classification result. The value of the node is decided by Fuzzy Neural Network if multi-attribute decision is needed and material inventory strategy can be decided with the classification tree and inventory strategy table. In the end, the implementation of the model in a manufacturing enterprise resource plan system is presented.

Abstract: This paper considers scheduling problem on dedicated parallel machines where several types of machines are grouped into one process. The dedicated machine is that a job with a specific recipe should be processed on the dedicated machine even though the job can be produced on any other machine originally. In this process, a setup is required when different jobs are done consecutively. To minimize the completion time of the last job, a scheduling method is developed. Computational experiments are performed on a number of test problems and results show that the suggested algorithm give good solutions in a reasonable amount of computation time.

Abstract: Supply chain brings about many kinds of risk, as well as the competitive and marginal advantage. The financial risk of supply chain combines both supply chain risk and financial risk and leads the new research direction of supply chain management. Through analyzing the characteristics of manufacturing firms and concluding characteristic of financial risk transformation, the financial risk of manufacturing firms is classified. After the industry-based financial risk valuation index system is built, the Multi-level Fuzzy Evaluation method is used to evaluate it.

Abstract: Along with changes in both self-development and external environment, many issues have arisen within todays real estate enterprise management. As the outcome of speedy technological innovation and gradual emergence of knowledge economy, management processes have been optimized by these transformations in real estate industry. According to the theory of business process Improvement, this research first analyzed the core processes in real estate enterprise, then re-deigned the process by using the tool of The turtle analysis diagram, finally came up with suggestions according to potential risks and issues associated with actual implementation, which overall aims to be meaningful and useful for further process re-design and optimization.

Abstract: Capacity and load balancing is an important prerequisite to ensure normal business. Based on the analysis of the multiple relationships between the capacity and load, and the impact mechanism of capacity load factor on the business benefits is discussed by the making use of resources benefits, opportunities benefits and risk benefits. It is concluded that a good state of load capacity ratio is very important to enterprises to improve business benefits. Finally an example of enterprise applications is provided.

Abstract: The paper measures the economic growth contribution rate by population quality in China by dividing the data into 3 epochs and 3 areas. The paper applies two methods and two time intervals to measure the contribution rate. The results show that the economic growth contribution rate by population quality is nearly 10 percents but the contribution rate is decreasing; the contribution rate is the largest in the east and a bit smaller in the central and west, and the number is 13.27 percents, 6.84 percents and 8.40 percents, respectively.

Abstract: According to extensive quantity of public and factual data, this essay does tests on BIAS and W&R expert system of stock-market trading software in simulation experiment method, and compares their strength and weakness in the respect of mathematical statistics theory and Management objects, winning rate, annual return rate and net profit rate. The tests show that BIAS expert system is 2.58 times as good as W&R expert system in the items of annual return rate and net profit rate, 0.26 times in the item of the total number of trading. As a whole, BIAS expert system is superior to W&R expert system.

Abstract: In recent years, the technology of the Internet of Things has attracted highly attention of academia, enterprise and news media. This paper made a brief introduction of the connotation and application prospect of Internet of Things, analysed the supply chain management problems in Chinese enterprises, stated the effects of Internet of Things on supply chain management. We designed the supply chain architecture based on EPC Net work, proposed the supply chain integrated system application model based on Internet of Things, designed and implemented the drug supply chain logistics business process system based on Internet of Things.

Abstract: The spatial distribution of employment is very important to the study of regional structure. We made an analysis on the spatial characteristics of employment density in Northeast China based on the regional density equation and spatial statistical methods with GIS and Geoda. The results showed that the employment centers concentrate along the coast, the local convergence trend becomes more and more obvious from the northern to the southern part, and the multi-center pattern of employment has been formed in the Northeast Region of China, which is like an inverted letter Y. From the year 2004 to 2008, the concentration of the employment density in the Northeast China continued to be strengthened. However, different local employment centers presented different patterns of growth. The results in this study can support the decision-making for local development, and the model and methods used in this paper may provide reference for relative studies.
