Abstract: In rice processing courses, the parameters configuration of rubber roll husker has significant influences to husker capacity. For this reason, this paper chose contact pressure between rolls, inlet flow, fast roll linear speed and linear speed difference as parameters, set up a regression mathematic model with Box-Behnken experiment design method which reflected the changing rules between husker capacity and the four parameters, and then optimized and analyzed the objective function. The conclusion indicated that consider only to raise the husker capasity, the main influential factors are the inlet flow, contact pressure, linear speed difference and fast roll linear speed; the optimal working parameter combination is: contact pressure 6.2kg.cm-1, inlet flow 174kg.cm-1.h-1, fast roll linear speed 17m.s-1 , linear speed difference 3.1m.s-1.

Abstract: In this article, the Lathe Bed of DL20-MST CNC machine tool is taken as the research object. The response surface method and optimization design of goal-driven are introduced. Combining the two methods, the size optimization design method of the Lathe Bed of NC machine tool is put forward based on the ANSYS. The design dimensions which play an important role in the static and dynamic performance of Bed are found through sensitivity analysis. And then, the goal-driven optimization design of the Lathe Bed is carried out based on the response surface method, searching for the optimal dimensions of Lathe Bed, realizing the lightweight design of the Lathe Bed of NC machine tool. In addition, the improvement on the performance of Lathe Bed after optimization is analyzed. The ideas and methods used in this paper offer a good reference for the design and production of the key parts of other similar machine tools, and have a great engineering application value.

Abstract: Resonant properties of a Microwave cavity with ceramic material for a new type of rubidium clock is studied by mode matching method. In order to study main factors influencing resonant characteristics, resonant frequencies of TE011 mode are calculated. In addition, the effect of the ceramic material on resonant frequency are also analyzed. This work is of great significance for cavity design and theory perfection in atomic clock.

Abstract: The underground pipe network identification system based on RFID technology is introduced. The research involves the embedded technology, radio frequency identification technology and communication technology. The system is composed of intelligent passive electronic tags and detector. Electronic tags are able to receive the transmitted signal of the detector, and then transmit their own information. Detector uses low power embedded system, with Chinese interface, communicate with computer. The information is written to the buried depth of 0.3 meters, and is read to 1.3 meters.Three meters in diameter of the circular area can be detected.

Abstract: In this paper, a new structure of Fast Recovery Diode (FRD) and its manufacture methods were investigated. The active region designed by TCAD simulation software could achieve low emitter injection efficiency, and then reduce the peak reverse recovery current, improve the reverse recovery softness and increase working stability. Meanwhile, the effect of the P-body dose and carrier lifetime on the turn-off characteristic of FRD was also discussed. Taking an example of 3300V voltage grade devices for FRD, the reasonable P-body dose and carrier lifetime on the basis of the new structure were confirmed by simulations. This diode was suitable for the anti-parallel with power switch device (such as IGBT, GTO, etc.).

Abstract: With the exploration of marine sources becoming more and more important, underwater welding is widely needed. Because of the special working condition, underwater weld seam tracking technology is urgently needed, for the automation control of the underwater welding process is the inevitable development trend because of the rigorous environment. This paper used ultrasonic sensor to monitor the weld seam position in underwater wet welding process, and signal process algorithm was developed to obtain the weld seam information, experiment results showed that this method could detect the weld seam shape correctly, this load the foundation for further automatically controlling the welding process.

Abstract: With the increase of the coal mine exploitation depth and improvement in the coal mining mechanization, the coal mine of heat and mechanical processing equipment also significantly increased .the amount of heat. Heat injury in hot and humid and other problems have become more and more prominent. Practice shows that refrigerant air conditioning systems operating in the coal mine the mine effectively reduce the use of the temperature of coal face, miners working environment has improved and made better cooling effect.

Abstract: Using CATIA set up a 3d model of urban bus frame in this paper, And ANSYS13.0 is used to establish the body frame finite element model of the certain urban bus body frame, Based on this model, the static characteristics under various conditions were analyzed, and the features of stress and strain distribution are gotten. Through the analysis of calculation results, we can conclude that this body frame around the column to the rear windscreen beam junction strength in insufficient, need to increase cross-sectional area of the left column; The floor behind driver seats strength is not enough, need to add two beams to strengthen the support. And the calculation result shows that the rest of the frame has a certain extent optimization space, and can provide the basis for the next step of lightweight.
