Abstract: In mechanisms manufacturing environment, factory management level is always trying to achieve higher product yield to ship more quality product to the customers. In this paper, we will show the yield improvement based on cycle time reduces. Yield organization has established excellent systems for driving defect reduction. Established a clear set of core principles that would help drive a new way of driving cycle time improvement. Discuss the key findings captured through yield benchmarking activities. There are three core principles outlined above and the associated changes made in manufacturing to embrace these principles.

Abstract: Modularization is an effective way to manage a complex system. Modular production network has unique information features and operation mechanisms. Personal information encapsulation enhances the innovation activities of modular system while system information assimilation ensures the compatibility between modules. These do not only provide a variety of innovative options for the future, but also make self-evolution possible without concentration beforehand. Self-organization is a feature of modular production network. Strategic emerging industries in China need a new industrial organization which has quick response to the market. With modular production networks strong competitive advantages, strategic emerging industries in China can be further optimized and upgraded by making full use of it.

Abstract: For the multinational chemical company, a reasonable distribution center location decision needs to consider the chemical product characteristics, logistics costs, logistics response speed etc. Establishing a logistics distribution center in North China is significant for the company. Based on the analysis of logistics costs, this paper chose gravity method to obtain the optimal distribution center location, and did a comprehensive analysis of the actual situation and then come to a reasonable distribution center location.

Abstract: The most useful function of data mining technology is extracting valuable information and knowledge from irregular data. This paper briefly described the steps of data mining technology, elaborated logistics intelligent decision-making system components, proposed an improved genetic algorithm, took logistics distribution center location problem as argumentation. Applied data mining technology to logistics smart decisions, it can improve service quality, and establish long-term friendly and cooperative relations with customers.

Abstract: In this paper, we consider uniform machine scheduling problem with deteriorating jobs and rejection. Each job's processing time is a linear nondecreasing function of its starting time. A job can be rejected by paying a penalty cost. The objective is to minimize the sum of the makespan of the accepted jobs and the total rejection penalty of the rejected jobs. We propose a fully polynomial-time approximation scheme (FPTAS), which shows that the problem is NP-hard in the ordinary sense.

Abstract: Enterprise internal control evaluation system is an organic entirety, is a systematic project, which is an important component of enterprise internal control. The development of new energy enterprises has some features, for example, the long value chain cycle, the large initial investment costs, the big risks. The urgent affairs of our countrys new energy enterprise is overcoming their own defects on the basis of the internal control system running at low cost, and fully seize the good opportunity. So, a set of perfect internal control evaluation system is crucial now. On the base of enterprise internal control theory, this paper combines with the characteristics of new energy enterprises, formulates new factors and index of energy enterprise internal control evaluation, and uses analytic hierarchy process (ASP) to establish the system of evaluation index system. Finally, implement this system by development tools such as MySQL and MyEclipse.

Abstract: Teachers’ quality is to support quality education in the most positive, the most active, the most decisive factor, both with professional skills training also has English communication skills of highly qualified personnel, require highly qualified English teachers. For college English teachers’ quality is difficult to evaluate the current situation, this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used. First, by combining research and comprehensive analysis of the results of previous studies, establish evaluation index system; Secondly, study the basis work before evaluated, including establishing factor set, weight set and evaluation set; Then, create mathematical model, including single-factor model evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; Finally, a college English teacher for five quality comprehensive evaluation. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of this paper, designed to evaluate English teachers’ quality to provide a scientific approach is bound to raise the level of English teachers, deepen education reform has played a positive role in promoting.

Abstract: On the basis of depth analysis of the new situation and tasks the railway facing. Ministry of Railways put forward a strategy of diversification. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the Railway diversified business development efficiency. This article describes the basic theory of the efficiency assessment, analyzes the factors which influences the efficiency of the railway diversified enterprises and builds the efficiency evaluation index system of railway diversified enterprises .Based on DEA, this article establishes a railway diversified business efficiency evaluation model. We use the business data of railway diversified enterprises in 2008 as empirical, and the results show that the efficiency of the railway enterprise diversification is different in different industries. Further analysis revealed that ,the relative efficiency of the industry in railway diversified business is closely related to transportation business, and the closer the industry are to transportation industry ,the more efficient it is.

Abstract: The condition of the network information literacy of the college students is investigated in the paper. The result shows that the leval of the network information literacy of the college students requires improving. The extrusive problems includes the network information consciousness is weak in the aspects such as the comprehensiveness cognizance of the network information literacy; the capacity of the exploring network resources of the college students is low and so on. Some advice is put forward finally.
