Abstract:

Based on virtual instrument development idea, one equipment emission system fault diagnosis device is successfully developed, with the characteristics of strong practicability, compatibility and scalability. The successful application of virtual instrument technology has shorten development cycle, reduced project cost, decreased the testing time, simplified the testing process, realized the automation and intelligent of equipment testing process. This paper describes the diagnostic system function, composition and main design method, being of reference value in equipment fault diagnosis field.
