Abstract:

A certain powerhouse with two-row placed units is introduced in this paper. It is mainly analyzed and made sure where the most critical loads and its locations are when the two bridge cranes move with the capacity of 2×350 tons, and then the force on the structure is analyzed and the security capability of workshop is evaluated with two-row placed units. The paper compares with another case which the workshop has only one bridge crane with the capacity of 2×700 tons, and analyses the influence on the structure in order to illuminate the rationality and necessity to use two bridge cranes with the capacity of 2×350 tons. Hydropower station with two-row placed units is so special in forms that it is impossible to make eternal crack between units like general workshop, and the upper frame structure is also complex. It is very necessary to analyze the force state of upper structure and it is in favor of the popularization and application of hydropower station with two-row placed units.
