Simulation Research of Qingdao Green Building System Based on System Dynamics

Abstract:

With the increasing deterioration of the resources and environment, the development status of construction industry which based on high pollution and high energy consumption need to be changed urgently. So it is imminent to develop green buildings. Aimed at the complexity and systemic of the green building development process, this paper analyses the relationship of the feedback elements at all levels. The main factors affecting the green building system are analyzed by using the basic methods of system dynamics. This paper also establishes the simulation model of Qingdao green building on the basis of system dynamics and forecasts the development trend of green building in Qingdao by simulating the model in computer.
