Abstract:

Pneumatic control technology of Test Equipment has been introduced which is used to Test product‘s hardness. The structure and working principle of detector is introduced, its pneumatic loop and PLC control loop have been designed and optimized by way of the software of FluidSIM-P which belongs to FESTO in Germany. Now, the detector has gained good effect on detecting a kind of vehicle parts, the simulation result is similar to Actual Use result in factory, The research and application in this method are help for developing new electromechanical equipment.
