Risk Analysis of the Production Line Type Design Based on the Lean Production

Article Preview

Abstract:

Investigating the results from a lack of a systematic framework analysis approach during production line type design in practice, this paper puts forth a method in implementing a multi risk analysis framework in five categories based on Lean Production, and utilizes the workshop method of Concurrent Engineer to organize the relevant personnel to evaluate a given risk. The applicability of this approach is shown in the example of the production line of an accelerator pedal module. The method described can optimize the result of production line type design and realize a reduction in design time and lower the cost.
