Fault Simulation Research of Hydraulic SOV Based on AMESim

Aim at on-line monitoring of hydraulic SOV's faults, the simulation model of SOV's test oil circuit was established base on hydraulic simulation software AMESim. By injecting fault information into the model, calculating the various response of the test system, through analyzing the simulation result, the relationship between system response and the fault was acquired. The blockage could be judged by analyzing the valve's current curve, while leakage could be assured through analyzing pressure fluctuation. The result demonstrated that this kind of simulation can simulate all kinds of fault response of the SOV.
