Modeling of Servo 4-Stage Gear Transmission System and Influence Analysis on Resonance Frequency

This paper brings a method to instruct the structure design for servo gear transmission system via studying the resonance frequency characteristics of system while the structural parameters are changed. With the example of servo 4-stage gear transmission system. first, the dynamic mathematic model and simulation model in MatLab/Simulink are built, and the resonance frequency characteristics are analyzed via cosine sweep analysis. Finally, different structural parameters’ influence on resonance frequency is discussed in detail and sensitive parameters are pointed out.
