he resource allocation is very important in DP, but it doesnt take into account the order of the time for distribution object, By using the DP, the main application of the one-dimensional theory of resources allocation, It view of the actual situation from college students exam time arrangement with utility theory, during the practice the dynamic planning will be changed and Gantt charts will demonstrating together, the original has practical significance is more obvious.
