Abstract:

In order to improve the overall image of Lotus Pond Park to the visitors and perfect its service facilities and infrastructure, this paper analyzes the degree of satisfaction toward different aspects of this park from the perspective of the visitors based on the method of IPA so as to enhance the visitors satisfaction and its competitiveness in the market. Through deep research on the features of visitor sources of Lotus Pond Park and analysis of visitors satisfaction, this paper also reflects the strength and weakness in the long-term development under its current conditions in different aspects, and points out the key problems and corresponding countermeasures in its development.
