Study on Disaster Prevention Index System and Evaluation Method of Large Commercial Building

Article Preview

Abstract:

Based on a field survey about large commercial building in Beijing, some practical problems existing in the large commercial buildings are analyzed, a three-stage method (danger, transition and safety) for disaster prevention design was proposed in this paper, nine key indicators were selected to reflect the disaster prevention capability according to the analysis of disaster blocking, evacuation route and shelter. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to establish the weight coefficients and comprehensive evaluation model. Finally, we conducted an evaluation of the Dinghao and Xidan buildings, the results show that the Dinghao building is in the optimal level, Xidan building is in good level, the disaster prevention capacity of Xidan building should be further strengthened. The research result can provide a reference for disaster prevention design of large commercial building.
