Abstract:

In order to achieve vehicle information in area passageway, many police bureaus or traffic management bureaus had implemented intelligent monitoring and recording system of vehicle on road. It is very important to cross platform data exchange between different field data recorders and central system, at present, there are amount of different data produced by different secure access systems on road, various data formats are one of the main reason to share and full use those valuable data. To solve this problem, this paper provides a promising methodology by applying XML-based language and tested with system working in the real-world. We put forward XML-based message format for the intelligent monitoring and recording system of vehicle, named road secure-access data markup language (RSA-ML) ,which is the cross platform data exchange specification. The paper also gives the definition, data architecture and RSA-ML schema. At last, the paper applies the language in "one river and three circle" prevention and control system in Shandong province, China.
