Optimized Designing for Structure of Ball Screw Recycling Tunel

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to improve the load condition of the balls in the returner,a dynamic model for the balls moving through the ball-recycling tunel is established after a analysis on the kinetical geometry bounds for the balls.A program is setup in Matlab, according to the Runge-Kutta formula. And the radius of the ball-recycling tunel track of the returner ,which is being used by Jining Bote , is optimized computed in this program. It is estified that t he improved returner make the friction torq of the ball screw lower and stablizer.
