Abstract: It is commonly accepted that 36 in vacuo natural modes (NMS) are needed for converged, limit-cycle oscillations (LCOs) of isotropic or laminated anisotropic rectangular panels in supersonic air flow. It’s computationally costly for nonlinear aeroelastic panel response using such a large number of modes, and it also causes complexity and difficultly in designing controllers for panel flutter suppression. Based on Hamilton principle, the aeroelastic finite element motion equations of the 3-D panel are established by using the von Karman large deflection theory, first-order piston theory aerodynamics, the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method are adopted to construct a reduced order model of the panel, then the reduced panel flutter equations are solved in time domain using a numerical integration method. Comparing with the LCOs calculated by using 36NMS, the results obtained by using the reduced order model based on POD method (POD/ROM) show a good agreement.

Abstract: A space grid method, based on image processing technology, was proposed to evaluate asphalt mixture segregation, which used the ratio of statistical data variance and its square of mathematical expectation to describe material uniformity by statistics of distribution of particles on space grid. Computer procedure was developed and some experiments are made. The results indicate that this method is simple and can be used to evaluate asphalt mixture uniformity quantitatively with a good adaptability.

Abstract: The stress concentration phenomenon around holes in rotated components is discussed. Firstly, finite element analysis of a simplified model of turbine disc flange is carried out, and then a method is developed by designing an intended-cut notch on the model to reduce the stress around the pin hole. Furthermore, two characteristic parameters which determine the configuration of the notch, namely notch depth and arc length parameter, are investigated by changing the notch dimensions. The results show that this method can reduce the stress around the hole significantly, notch depth and arc length have an important impact on the stress concentration factor (SCF), the SCF decreases with the increase of notch depth, and increasing the arc length within a critical scope results in the decrease of the SCF.

Abstract: Through the bending capacity test on the aging reinforced concrete beam before and after being strengthened with CFRP, the load-deflection curve and the bending capacity of the beam were obtained. The test showed that the capacity and stiffness of the beam with CFRP increased in various degrees, the post-strain of CFRP caused by secondary load would affect the high tensile strength of CFRP, and the bending capacity of the beam with CFRP decreased due to the change of material mechanical properties of the corroded reinforced concrete beam. Based on the material mechanics properties of aging reinforced concrete beam, the numerical simulation technology of the whole curve process of aging reinforced concrete beam strengthened with CFRP was established. The calculation results coincide well with the results of test, which provides reference for the calculation of strengthening design of aging reinforced concrete beam.

Abstract: Prestressed hollow slab strengthened with CFRP is a new reinforcement method. To study the effect on reinforcement through different carbon fiber paste volume and paste manner, we did the experimental study on flexural capacity under the secondary load conditions with prestressed concrete hollow slab commonly used in engineering. Meanwhile, we also did the contrast analysis of reinforcement effect on the old and new prestressed concrete hollow slab. The results showed that prestressed concrete hollow slab strengthened with CFRP could effectively improve the flexural capacity of the specimen, besides the capacity increasing of the old and new prestressed hollow slab is a little difference, but both of the new and old can meet the engineering design specifications.

Abstract: The main building of the Hubei press has a horizontal contacting passageway in the middle of two buildings in the fifteenth floor, which has attractive appearance and like a doctorial hat from afar. The structure is reasonable and more stable with the diagonal bracing and the beam. Analysis and research in this paper can provide reference for the design of this structure.

Abstract: The purpose: The method to calculate slab-column middle connections under combined interaction of vertical shear and unbalanced moment is given to perfect the design method of slab-column structure; Method: The calculation method is proposed based on the calculation method of slab-column connection and the experimental data made by domestic and foreign scholars is used to verify. Result: The results verified by the formula are shown to be in good agreement with actual results. Conclusion: The interaction of shear and unbalanced moment are taken into account in the formula, including the transfer mode of unbalanced moment and the beneficial effects of shear reinforcement, to make the calculation more reasonable.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new type of rock wool color steel sandwich which is produced by Anhui sambo steel co.,Ltd. The thermal performance analysis of this kind of sandwich is conducted through the finite element software ANSYS in this paper, which reveal the widespread existence of cold bridge phenomenon. And this paper also propose several new ideas on how to reduce the cold bridge condensation of interior wall panels of building.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method to quantitative assess the impact of welding residual stress to structures cumulative fatigue damage. We use ANSYS finite element software to eliminate the welding temperature field and welding stress field, and by changing the load order, preheat consider we can get the welding residual stress of different eliminate proportion. Based on critical damage plane method we finish the welding earplant joint s wind-induced cumulative fatigue damage by different eliminate proportion of welding residual stress .
