Abstract: Based on the analysis of the current railway track parameters measurement system, a digital system based on embedded processor is designed. The paper introduces the principle of the system , structure and methods. The system is still based on the deviation detection principle of three point method, using high brightness light source as a measurement point, in combination with linear CCD imaging features, completed the orbit measurement system of the digital processing, and through the network to complete the communication with PC. The photoelectric measuring system is realized in trajectory parameters of high accuracy and real time measurement; Also for the future development of tamping on railway cars plays a positive role.

Abstract: Voice coil motor is an electromagnetic actuator widely used for motion generation. The main weakness of a voice coil motor is small force. In this paper a voice coil motor is mathematically modeled, analyzed and optimized to obtain high force. According to the optimized final designs, the performance of the voice coil motor is evaluated.

Abstract: Micro-piezoelectric disk gyroscope (MPDG) is a miniaturized inertial sensor that uses a pair of degenerate bulk acoustic wave (BAW) modes to detect the angular velocity. To improve the performance of MPDG, there should be an effective method to design this resonant structure. In this paper, the frequencies of drive and sense mode are obtained when the radius of the MPDG varies from 2.2mm to 3.0mm and the thickness of the MPDG varies from 0.8mm to 1.5mm through finite element analysis (FEM). Using a fitting method, the empirical formulae with an excellent fit are induced to predict the influence of the radius and the thickness of the MPDG on the drive and sense mode frequencies. Based on these empirical formulae, the mode-matched equations are introduced. Moreover, the structure parameter of support pin and electrodes are optimized with FEM. These results can be used to design a piezoelectric disk gyroscope.

Abstract: Compared with the traditional power system, there are some differences in the aspect of distribution network structure, line parameters and load parameters in the power system with distributed generations. Therefore, the conventional power flow algorithm can not be applied to this kind of networks. Considering that the distributed generations have special influence on the operation of distributed network, a novel power flow calculation method for this kind of distribution network is studied in this paper. Several equivalent circuit models of distributed generations and the corresponding approaches have been researched. The feasibility of this proposed power flow algorithms can be verified through the program designed in Matlab software.

Abstract: From the perspective of the circular economy, the paper considers that the enterprise social responsibility in industrial cluster can be divided into four kinds of social responsibility of consciousness including the legal responsibility, moral responsibility, strategic social responsibility and charitable social responsibility. Moreover, the network behavior of social responsibility of enterprises with interaction is rooted in the enterprise. Finally, the interaction structure among cluster enterprises affects corporate social responsibility behavior choice and social responsibility behavior such as the production of the network, which can promote the information flow of enterprise social responsibility between suppliers, manufacturers and retailers.

Abstract: Energy self-supply is one of the most important problems, and there are many undesirable energy difficulties when carrier keeps working underwater, and. A method based on inertial pendulum has been presented, but the model of wave energy absorption efficiency which is a significant parameter is strongly nonlinear and difficult to be gained. A method based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network is adopted to model in time domain. To prevent the problem that structure and parameters of neural network are hard to be tuned, improved RBF network based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) is proposed. The results obtained by presented method and by simulation software ADAMS are compared, which validate the method used to be correct and make basis on future research.

Abstract: In the field of mechanical fault diagnosis, in order to improve the diagnosis accuracy with high feature dimension, a method of features linear fusion method based on AP(Affinity propagation clustering) and AASC(Affinity Aggregation for Spectral Clustering) algorithm was proposed. Low dimension space was obtained by AP clustering, then using AASC algorithm to fuse this selected features, and gained a new feature, meanwhile which can be used independently as a new feature. In the phase of experiment, this method was compared with respectively LPP and PCA, it’s result indicates that this method is excellent in improving diagnosis accuracy.

Abstract: Thermal performance calculation is the core task of designing power station boiler. By abstracting generalized components and generalized fluid nodes, and defining the process unit and process section at the logic level, the universal physical model of boiler was built in a particular form of flowsheet. Meanwhile, a sequential modular approach was proposed as the main algorithm for boiler thermal calculation based on process system steady-state simulation theory. Two key problems in the algorithm, i.e., module calculations and the logics of calling the modules calculations were explained. Finally, a practically developed system BESS, which has excellent flexibility and extensibility was presented. It turns out that the model and algorithm can be successfully employed in developing the general-purpose software for boiler thermal calculation.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a blind image quality assessment (IQA) method under latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) model. To assess the image quality, firstly, we learn topic-specific word distribution by training a set of pristine and distorted images without human subjective scores. Secondly, LDA model is used to estimate probability distribution of topic for the regions in the test images. Finally, we calculate the perceptual quality score of the test image by comparing the estimated probabilities of topics of the test image with that for the pristine images. Note that the quality-aware visual words are used to represent the images, which generated with respect to the natural scene statistic features. Experimental evaluation on the publicly available subjective-rated database LIVE demonstrates that our proposed method correlates reasonably well with different mean opinion scores (DMOS).

Abstract: A process evaluation system for pulsed gas metal arc welding (GMAW-P) based on the LabVIEW platform has been developed. This system is comprised of two modules, a simultaneous display module and a data analysis module. Using these modules, the system can not only provide a comprehensive direct viewing display of the welding electric signal and high speed camera photo, but also can analyze the characteristic parameters of the welding process. The results show that the system works properly.
