Study on Innovative Engineering of Energy Industry

Abstract:

At the beginning ,this paper analyses the current situation on chinas energy enterprises going out ;Then this article generalize the going out modes into three kinds, that is the protocol mode on exploit and services, the mode of mergers and acquisitions and the mode of resource bidding. By using TOWS Matrix method, this paper analyses these modes respectively. Finally, this article put forward the path to choose the better mode for Chinas energy enterprises.
