Then the triangular fuzzy number model is established using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, and the key factors influencing agricultural industry are extracted. The manufacturers and government decision-making body can use this as the basis, to promote the development of the agricultural industry.

Abstract: The development trend of PLC is that the functions are more, the integration level is greater and the network function is greater. Nowadays, the manufacturers of PLC develop there own network. PLC technique has two development trends. On one hand, PLC network system is not a self-contained closed system any longer and develops towards open system. Various PLC not only has distinctive PLC network systems and completes device control task, but also network with the superior computer management system to realize information exchange, which makes it become one part of information management system. On the other hand, the field-bus technique is widely applied. PLC is connected with the intelligent equipments installed on site such as intelligent instrument, sensor, intelligent solenoid valve, intelligent drive actuator by a transmission media ( such as twisted pair, coaxial cable and cable), and they transmit information mutually according to the same communication protocol, which can form a field industrial control network. Compared with single PLC remote network, the network not only has the advantages of flexible configurations, easy expansion, low cost and higher cost performance, but also has opening significance. Abstract: Motion controller plays a dominant role in motion control system. With the progress and improvement of motion control technology, the research and application of open, high-performance, low-cost and universal embedded motion controller becomes the necessity of the market. The major objective of the paper is to establish the basic software and hardware platform of a high-performance, low-cost and universal embedded motion controller and study the application. And the paper proposes the idea of developing a low-cost and economic touchscreen motion controller, which provides valuable reference for the relevant research and development in China.

Abstract: The paper takes a method of a low speed processer based on FPGA hardware accelerator SOC units to realize the MP3 player, and include some peripheral devices. The experimental results show that the system has implemented the basic functions of the MP3 player, having its own advantages on increasing the decoding speed and reducing the system consumption. The system is convenient to redesign for more function in the future. In conclusion, it has a wide application prospect.

Abstract: To study the differentiability of a class of quasi-linear elliptic equations energy functional by using the embedding theorems and some other properties of generalized Sobolev spaces. According to the variation principle the energy functional of equations is expressed in some appropriate generalized Sobolev spaces, the various parts of differentiability of the energy functional of equations are discussed under certain conditions. Using Lebesgue dominated convergence theorem and embedding theorem, the energy functional of equations is proved. Finally, the overall differentiability is proved. The conclusions lay the foundation for the next step to prove the existence of the critical point of the energy functional, that is, the existence of solutions of the equations.

Abstract: With the development of computer and internet, how to recognize face images rapidly has become the research focus in recent years. Therefore, face recognition technology develops rapidly, and is widely applied to national counterterrorism, information security and access control. But the researchers find that face recognition only can achieve satisfactory effect under the constraint conditions. The paper proposes face recognition algorithm based on multi-resolution analysis and classification. The algorithm firstly uses wavelet transform for multi-scale wavelet decomposition on training sample, and uses the correlation coefficient between wavelet coefficients with the maximum variance as the classification distance to classify the samples and determine the central image of the images. Face recognition algorithm based on multi-resolution analysis and classification extracts some wavelet coefficients of the images, which not only achieves the purpose of dimension reduction and reduces calculated amount, but also effectively improves the speed of face recognition. The simulation experiment proves that the algorithm proposed in the paper is effective.

Abstract: Nowadays, a large amount of thinking and inspiration which can't be expressed by words and drawings has been realized because of the rapid development of computer graphics. 3D is one of the technology drawn much attention in the field of interior design, in the meantime, 3D technology is also the development direction of Chinese interior design in new age. Those design concepts which can only be expressed with words will be accomplished by computer through 3D modeling technology. The interior design applying 3D technology meets psychological need of people's indoor life quality, environment atmosphere, and style.This paper made a design of the medium and small house model has been realized through the application platform of the Auto CAD, 3 D Max, Vray, and Premiere Pro.

Abstract: This paper presents methods for determining the basic geometry of end-gear with arc tooth external diameter, width of tooth, end module, number of teeth, pressure angle, tooth, tooth clearance parameters; at the same time gives the tooth bearing strength calculation method, and the formulas to calculate the tooth shear stress, surface stress and bolt fastening force of equivalent stress is established; finally write the software error simulation analysis.

Abstract: The low-rate denial of service attack is more applicable to the network in recent years as a means of attack, which is different from the traditional field type DoS attacks at the network end system or network using adaptive mechanisms exist loopholes flow through the low-rate periodic attacks on the implementation of high-efficiency attacked by an intruder and not be found, resulting in loss of user data or a computer deadlock.
