Key Technique of Water Related Emergency Disaster Monitoring and Evaluation on Remote Sensing: Organization and Coordination

Abstract:

In china, water related disasters occur frequently in recent years. Emergency monitoring of water related disaster is very important to disaster relief. Organization and coordinate are key to the monitoring and evaluation of disasters. In this paper, problems facing are analyzed, monitoring flow, organization and coordination procedure are given to regulate disaster monitoring and evaluating work so as to supply better service for the government.
