Abstract:

From the status and future of international terrorism, this paper points out that Chemical, Biological and Radiological (CBR) terrorism attacks have posed severe threat to building environment security. This paper pointed the emergency disposal approaches when public buildings with central air-conditioning were attacked by CBR terrorism. The air-conditioning systems, air volume, air pressure adjustment, the choice of fans and duct size have been discussed. Furthermore, how to use the fire smoke control system to ensure building environment security and the corresponding countermeasures has been analysis.
