Study on Beneficiation of a Fe-Mn in Sinkiang

Abstract:

In allusion to study of complex iron, manganese polymetallic ore,Fe has a grade of 14.28% while Mn 18.72% in the raw ore.According to process mineral research,condition tests research were carried on ,which got the the best grinding fineness of 85.7% -200mesh.The intensity of the weak magnetic field is 0.08T,while the strong is 0.6T.Based on the results of condition tests research and open line test,the flow sheet of low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation is recommended.We get the finally index through tests:the Fe grade of iron concentrate is 62.52% ,which has a recovery of 53.69%;the Mn grade of manganse concentrate is 32.25%,which has a recovery of 68.55%.
