Abstract: In order to meet the miniaturization, low power, low cost and increasingly high precision requires of Strapdown navigation system, the Strapdown Navigation Computer based on DSP and FPGA is researched in this paper. DSP is used to process the data. The FPGA has functions of data collected and I/O controlled etc, the dual-port RAM interface complete the data communication between DSP and FPGA. Two CPU give full play to their respective characteristics, the coordinated work, can complete the function of the navigation computer well.

Abstract: In this thesis, we take SH79F32 as main chip, the ultrasonic sensor of HC-SR04 as collection tools, wireless transceiver based on nRF905 as communication tool, and reach the function of wireless sensor networks. Through Altium DXP-2004 to conduct schematic design and draw PCB, and then solder circuit boards, use the software of Keil to design process, to realize wireless ultrasonic sensor communication between different microcontrollers, after that, complete the design and production of wireless ultrasonic sensor design and production.

Abstract: A system combined the function of Industrial Computer, PLC, virtual instruments, sensors and data acquisition was designed and developed for testing and controlling of hydraulic steering control unit, which can achieve automated data acquisition, data processing, test results judgment, false alarms and etc. with the development of computer and science. The software of test system was designed through LabVIEW, and by using module design method, error detection, modify and maintenance of the software turn to be simple and the software become more robust. The system also adopted shielding and filtering with combination of hardware and software to improve test accuracy which reduces test error caused by operators and improve test efficiency.

Abstract: This research was conducted to analyze the thrust performance generated from a two dimensional contractile water jet thruster (CWJT). The main aim of this research is to investigate the relation and reaction between the input parameters of the contractile water jet thruster. The major parameter of this study is the actuating force as the input and the thrust force as the output. In addition to these parameters, nozzle area and fluid velocity influence were also considered in the investigation. Two pneumatic cylinders were applied to actuate the contraction. Thrust force was measured by both experimentally and theoretically. Generally the increment of the contraction force increases the thrust force. However, generated thrust at different contraction force depends on the size of the nozzle.

Abstract: The radiated electromagnetic disturbances produced by operating electromotor equipments in coal mines have some effects on the electromagnetic environment in coal mines. Based on the analysis of the Chinese national EMC standard on rotating electrical machines and the operation characteristics of the electromotor equipments in coal mines, it can be concluded that frequency spectrum of the radiated disturbances resulting from AC motors ranges from 9kHz to 1GHz. The radiated electromagnetic disturbances in the pumping house underground mines have been measured. The results show that the radiated emissions above 30MHz produced by the normal running electromotor system are quite low, which are comparable to the radiated emission limits set in the Chinese national standard GB 755-2008;the maximum radiated field strength reaches about 0.56V/m under 30MHz. However, when motors start or stop, the radiated field strength can reach about 1.26V/m or higher. Therefore, some shielding measures for monitoring and communication equipments should be taken to reduce the radiation interference from AC motors.

Abstract: In order to enhancement the stealth capability of ship electric fields, the similar characters of ship electric and magnetic fields produce mechanism were studied. The similar effect characters to battle effectiveness of ship electric and magnetic fields were analyzed. The communicate theory of ship electric and magnetic fields were researched. The similar characters of analytical methods and stealth technology strategy of ship electric and magnetic fields were discussed. It is shown that the stealth technology between ship electric and magnetic fields is similar and the research can be developed by the same methods and the same experimentation.

Abstract: This paper introduces the characteristics of ultracapacitor, designs the ultracapacitor-battery composite power system of coal mine trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle. Then the composite power system’s structure and working principle are discussed. Moreover, the driving range of coal mine trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle is improved, and this provides the scientific basis and technical basis for coal mine trackless rubber tyre electric vehicle’s application has a certain value.

Abstract: Motor of electric vehicle is able to be used to brake regeneratively, so braking energy can be recycled. Braking stability of electric vehicles with electro-hydraulic hybrid braking system can be influenced by braking force distribution between hydraulic braking force and regenerative braking force. In order to research on braking stability and braking energy recovery, simulation platform of electro-hydraulic hybrid brake system based on Carsim and Matlab/Simulink is built, and a control strategy of electro-hydraulic hybrid brake were proposed. The vehicle simulation models with electro-hydraulic hybrid brake system and with conventional hydraulic braking system were applied the brake on different adhesion coefficient separately. The simulation results show when electric vehicle is in the conditions of low braking intensity, all vehicle braking force is provided by regenerative braking force, and braking energy can be not only recycled, but brake performance requirement can also be satisfied; when electric vehicle is in the conditions of moderate braking intensity, regenerative braking and hydraulic braking are coordinated with each other, electro-hydraulic hybrid brake can not only satisfy the same and better brake performance, but also braking energy can be recycled and demand of hydraulic pressure can be reduced.

Abstract: The overview and analysis of the structure of spiral bevel gear transmission system was presented . The characteristics of transmission and torque of the system were analysis and calculated . Based on high-speed trains operating conditions. The issue that tooth contact of the positive invertion of spiral bevel gear was analysis. The consistency of the positive invertion was desirable. The error curve of the transmission was downward consistently and the curves which were adjacent intersect. The less of the vibration of bridge contacts won`t be happened.
