Abstract: When a larger bus steering in the corners, it easily affected by the lateral acceleration so that the vehicle sideslips or rolls over, using the research methods of combining with real vehicle modeling and simulation to ensure the safety and comfort of the passengers. Analyzed and researched systems that affecting vehicles stability performance, including power train, steering system, brake system and the vehicles road model of the system curve .On this basis, compared to the acceleration values which the motorbus body can withstand in different states, proposing the acceleration values when human feel comfortable, uncomfortable and terrible, then conducted simulation tests under different turning radius and speeds. The results showed that: on the premise of ensuring the safety and comfort of vehicle passengers, the allowable speed limit with different bend radius is not the same; then it drew series of limit speeds allowed by series of bend radius, providing a reference and basis for future road construction and motorbus technical improvement.

Abstract: The solar energy reserve is huge, distribution of a wide range, clean and safe. This article mainly from the basic principle of solar cell start, described the solar energy vehicle generation electricity mode and the structure of photovoltaic array system, discussed its structure and process characteristics, puts forward a new design method of the solar photovoltaic cell array, calculation model of solar energy vehicle photovoltaic cell array were established based on maximum output power and dimension, research results on the solar energy vehicle photovoltaic cell array are briefly presented in this paper lastly. The reference for the development and use of solar energy vehicle are provided.

Abstract: Aiming at the situation of the lack protection to the tank in domestic dangerous goods transport vehicle, a new rear protective device was designed for it. A dangerous goods tank truck rear-end finite element model was established by using finite element software Hypermesh and LS-DYNA under the relevant test regulations in GB11567.2-2001. And analysis the impact without new guard comparing with it by researching two index of tank displacement deformation and energy absorption. The simulation results show that the dangerous goods tank vehicle installed guardrails basically unharmed, and the guards state stability during the collision deformation, and its blocking effect and energy absorbency are also significantly improved, which can protect tank well in a collision.

Abstract: An In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) monitors the location and status of the remote vehicle status. We developed an IVMS with OBD based Vehicle Terminal (VT) instead of traditional one, to reduce installing complexity and gain more useful data from OBD interface. This paper describes the architecture, discusses the different users and their related concerned features. This paper classifies the OBD-VT to 3 classes to fit for different requests. Finally, this paper discusses the development of OBD specification, with an expectation of standardization of more common functions, such as anti-theft features.

Abstract: Electric Vehicle will be the main trend of automotive industry in the future. The purpose of the scheme is to provide electric vehicle charging & battery swapping robot system based on palletizing robot for solving the double pressure of resources and environment problems. In this paper, the battery swapping robot is the key of the system, and will be mainly discussed from the mechanical body and electrical control part in detail. Experiments show that the positioning precision during the battery swapping process is high, the relative displacement is small, the position is accuracy, and the swapping speed is moderate.

Abstract: A model of the Macpherson front suspension system assembly was built by using LMS Virtual.Lab Motion. The kinematics simulation for the Macpherson suspension was carried out under the simulation of parallel wheel travel. The result shows that the angles of toe, camber, castor all comply with the design requirements, but kingpin inclination angle and wheel track have a little big, it is necessary to further optimization and improvement.

Abstract: This paper proposes a design of intelligent control system power windows based on POWERLINK bus by introducing features and advantages of POWERLINK bus technology. The system implements the real-time communication between each control unit and central controller through the POWERLINK bus, largely enhancing the coordination of window lift control, improving security features such as anti-pinch and has good scalability and portability.

Abstract: With the luminous flux of highpower white LED has been further improved, LED will gradually replace incandescent lamp and halogen lamp, and become the fourth generation light source of automotive lighting. Now there are still a number of technical difficulties in LED application for automotive headlamp, one more difficult to overcome of which is the heat dissipation problem of LED headlamp. In this paper, the current LED headlamps heat dissipation solutions are introduced; and the future direction of improving the heat dissipation is given.

Abstract: According to the design requirements of the chain conveyor of the material storage and transportation box of automatic loading and unloading vehicle, the 3D and mechanical models of chain conveyor were created. The strength of bearing square tube of chain conveyor was checked base on both models and the result shows that bearing square tube was strong enough and laid the foundation of following chassis structural design. The needed driving force and driving power of chain conveyor were obtained in working condition of full-load unloading transportation and rapid transportation by built calculation model and mechanical formula of the container material loading unit. The maximum driving force and driving power which are 63.25KN and 4.31KW appeared in working condition of full-load unloading transportation and the result provided important basis for the overall design of the automatic loading and unloading vehicle.
