Formation Model of Enterprise Information Capability Research Based on Information Behavior

Abstract:

This article innovatively puts forward that in the research of Chinese enterprise information practice, the construction of enterprise information capability should be combined with the enterprise information behavior. Firstly, on the basis of other scholars studies at home and abroad, the concept model of enterprise information capability is proposed; Secondly, the enterprise information behavior is divided into three types, the user, the IT staff and the organization information behavior, then the mechanism of how enterprise Information behavior acts on the formation of information capacity during life cycle of information system (IS) is discussed, at last the formation model of the enterprise information capability is brought forward.
