Study on Cultivation of Motivation Hygiene Factors in Construction Enterprise

Abstract:

The situation of the incentive hygiene factors in Chinese construction company was analyzed.The relationship between work efficiency and the motivation hygiene factors of the construction workers were elaborated. Then the importance of the motivation hygiene factors was pointed out.Four mainly motivation hygiene factors are wage,work relation, work environment and job security which affect work efficiency.How to play positive role of the incentive hygiene factors to raise work efficiency are analyzed. The author found methods of cultivation of hygiene factors through the improvement of the working environment,the improvement of the ability of self-protection,the improvement of the salary management and the establishment of stable working relationship.
