Study on Application of the Integrated Solar Hot-Water System to High-Rise Residential Buildings in China

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper describes surveys on high-rise residential buildings development and uses of domestic hot water in China. The survey results indicate that construction of high-rise residential buildings has become the main current in the development of residential construction. The application of the integrated solar hot-water system in high-rise residential buildings is reviewed, and optimal system design is described in the paper. A discussion is also provided on technical subjects and issues in the future application of the integrated solar hot-water system to high-rise residential buildings. As a conclusion, the central-heating/separate-storing system would be one of currently applicable integrated solar hot-water systems in China.
