An Analysis of the University Informatization Construction Based on Information Resource Planning

Abstract:

The university informatization is a necessity of the higher education modernization, a need of deepening teaching reformation and cultivating the new-style capable people, and a requirement of enhancing the management level. Based on the analysis of informatization and connotation of the university informatization, according to the problems of informatization construction of the higher education institutions, the article proposed the basic method and basic content of the university informatization construction based on information resource planning and provided the suggestions on how to reinforce the university informatization construction.
