Abstract:

Web 2.0 is the popular term used to describe a variety of advanced internet technologies and applications, which realizes the inventing and sharing of the information online. The current work classes the types of Web 2.0 technologies and discusses that what type of Web 2.0 technologies are used in such university libraries as well as their characteristics. The results will help us to explore the development trends in the application of Web 2.0 technologies in the university libraries around the world.
