Abstract:

The paper stated the concept of new energy and characteristics of new energy industry, and then illustrated the agglomeration practice of new energy industry in developed countries such as USA, Japan and EU counties, mainly on solar energy, wind energy, geothermal energy, biomass energy as well as ocean energy. By correspondingly stating current status of China's new energy industry, the paper comes to a conclusion that China should develop new energy industry in a three-phases-agglomeration way to achieve a high-level industry agglomeration effect.
