Article Preview

Abstract:

This article aims to quantitatively measure the contribution rate of construction land scale to the secondary and tertiary industry growth in GuangXi province, by establishing Cobb – Douglas production function. The results show that: construction land scale has a significant influence on the impact on Guangxi industrial economic growth; the construction land demand will remain strong in the future for the economic development of GuangXi; constraints of construction land scale on economic growth are obvious in GuangXi. So it can be concluded that demand- supply contradiction of construction land will be further intensified in GuangXi with the continuous development of industrialization and urbanization, and intensive utilization policy must be strengthened in order to improve construction land use efficiency.
