Employee Satisfaction of Oil Industry Evaluation Based on Fuzzy TOPSIS

Abstract:

Employee satisfaction is the key factor that affects oil industry employee performance and compensation management. Oil industry has high employee flowing problem, low manufacture efficiency problem, small employee loyal problem, etc. To solve the problems that exist in the oil industry employee satisfaction plays an important role, and the research staff satisfaction evaluation has a certain practical significance. This paper cites a new method -- fuzzy TOPSIS method to evaluate the employee satisfaction, can overcome the problem of evaluating indexes that are difficult to quantify, it has easy operation, high efficiency, less the required data, clear reveals problems, feasibility and applicability, etc. The evaluation results provide the basis for the human resource management department to develop staff satisfaction promotion strategy.
