Abstract:

Aiming at the problems including the weakness of coordination and controllability in the process of outsourcing between small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, a conception of virtual workshop section (VWS) is put forward, the chief objectives of which are effectively control and optimize the allocation of resources, and a networked outsourcing management mode is established based on the VWS. According to this mode, a networked production management system for outsourcing (NPMSO) is put forward and the architecture, the running process included in the system are analyzed. At last, The system is successfully applied in a medium-sized motorcycle parts manufacturer, and good results are obtained.
