Simulation Study of Dynamic Response on Box Girder Steel Side Formwork Used in the High Speed Railway

Abstract:

In the high speed railway box girder construction,for the web is narrow and with a lot of rebar,and furnished with prestressed channels,insert-type Vibrators alone can not fully guarantee compacting concrete. It is easy to cause the phenomenon such as honeycomb, pitting ,surface hole,seriously affect the quality of construction,The plate type vibrator is commonly used for auxiliary vibration at the construction site. This paper combined the construction project of Hebang single linear 32 meter side formwork ,according to the actual situation of the construction, the use of the plate type vibrator are analyzed in the simulation.Using the solidwork2010 established a high speed railway box girder side formwork model,then import the model into workbench 14.5 to do the analysis.Simulation values comply with the relevant standards,provides theoretical support for the plate type vibrator system for use in high speed box girder beams construction.
