The Use of C++ and ATLAS Language in Auto-Test System

Article Preview

Abstract:

Both C++ and ATLAS are two kinds of developing languages widly used in the development of auto-test systems. The auto-test programs developed by them are powerful and portable. We can achieve it by four steps. They are hardware system building,ATE modeling, driver development and test program developing. Some function that we can realize can be developed by C++ according to the rule.
