The New Carriers Research of Government Purchasing Social Services

Abstract:

That government purchase social services is the development trend of modern social management system and the reformation of government functions, Guangzhou city family comprehensive service center as a new carrier of government purchasing community service, which is undergoing the test of practice from creation to city's promotion. In this paper, by studying the "family comprehensive" operation mechanisms are being implemented, from the people, social workers, "family comprehensive" undertakers and "family comprehensive" services items and other aspect, its existing problem and the reason are analyzed, on this basis, feasible suggestions and countermeasures are proposed from the two perspectives of government and " family comprehensive".
