Abstract:

Reasonable ERP Implementation methodology is the guarantee of ERP which is successfully applied in enterprises. In this paper, an implementation methodology of ERP is discussed and arranged based on the model of Hall Three Dimension Structure. The methodology combines management information system teaching experience, scientific research and enterprise information practice. The feasibility and validity has been also verified through practice.
