Article Preview

Abstract:

A new method is presented in this paper in order to depict the effective effort level of the managers in quantity. The concept, model, and specific calculation method of management effectiveness are given through performance evaluation analysis in different time. As an example, government management effectiveness is calculated. The results indicate that this method is fair and effective.
