Analysis and Exclusion of Magnetization Failure on CJW-3000 Magnetic Flaw Detection Machine

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the common faults in the magnetization process of CJW-3000 Magnetic Flaw Detection Machine and gives exclusion methods. In line with the principles of the easier issues first, by starting the analysis from Circuit Drawings, we can increase maintenance efficiency and avoid doing too much exercise in futility.
