Design Research of Parking Meters Based on C2C Idea

Abstract:

The design and study of parking meter with the use of "cradle to cradle" (C2C) design method have an important impact on the sustainable development of cities. Based on the discussions on designing methods and principles of C2C, this paper has analyzed sustainable designing strategies, methods and procedures of parking meters by combining with designing cases of it. Finally, a summary and a prospect on the C2C design and study of parking meters has been conducted in the end of this paper.
