Abstract:

E-participation is a modern way of participation that in the process of city planning,the government builds a communication information platform by which the public, especially the stakeholders can get the relevant decision making information, express their views and interests and enhance the capability of the planning decisions with the help of internet and modern communication technology. The application of e-participation in city planning is mainly reflected in three aspects; electronic information dissemination, e-feedback and electronic forum.
